Dwayne is the primary pastor at Wellspring Church since 2007. He started the church in Charlotte, North Carolina. He is also a member of the board of the Acts 29 Network and he is the Director for Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne is passionate about equipping the future generation of Biblical counselors. He serves as a member of the Biblical Counseling Coalition's Board. He has written many online articles and is also a contributing writer to Christ-centered biblical counseling Change lives through God's changeless truth (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne has three kids along with his wife Leslie.
